How do I return an item?

Return Policy: 
  • Accept Eligible returns within 30 days of customer receiving orders. 
  • Clearly label a non-returnable item as such in the product description. 
  • Refund the money in the same way the customer originally paid. 
  • Process refunds within one week of receiving an authorized return. 
  • Charge no more than 10% or $10 (whichever is greater) as a restocking fee. 
  • Pay for all standard shipping costs, charge no restocking fees and accept all returned items when the return is a result of retailer's error. 
  • Your original sales receipt is necessary for all refunds and exchanges. 
Warranty, Returns, Shipping 

Clackacraft stands behind the product we offer. All products are fully warranted to the original owner against manufacturers' defects in materials and workmanship. If a product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our option. Repairs due to accident, improper care, normal wear and tear, or negligence will be performed at a reasonable charge. Garments returned for warranty inspection must be clean.

All products carry a one(1) year warranty unless otherwise oted on the packaging. Don't forget to get a tracking number and insurance. 

 Payment Terms and Order Fulfillment 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover. Credit cards will be charged at the time of ordering. Clackacraft collects a $3 order handling fee at the point of purchase. Custom orders may require a few days to build before being ready to ship. Custom orders are not returnable.
