These anchor nests typically mount on the starboard side of the boat, and you have the option of a transom mount or a gunnel mount. Transom mounted anchor nest are certainly the strongest as the transom is reinforced and can handle the weight of the anchor much better than the gunnel mount. Some boats with an offset anchor mast cannot take a transom mounted anchor nest, in which case you will need the gunnel mount. Select your desired mounting hardware in the drop down box.
